Once confirmed, we take you through a short onboarding process so we can begin producing content immediately.
Brand onboarding – You complete a quick questionnaire and upload assets.
Production – We create a full batch of content based on your brief.
Revisions – You request changes, we refine.
Delivery – Final assets are handed over or scheduled (if requested)
You’ll have direct access to your Coconut account manager via email.
We prioritise written communication to keep everything organised and transparent.
We typically respond same-day, always within 24 hours on business days.
We offer two rounds of feedback for your first project per brand and one round henceforth. Just share your feedback (tone tweaks, layout changes, alternative visuals) and we’ll refine the work to align better with your brand and expectations.
Coconut works on a subscription basis. Once you’ve set up a plan, it will run on a monthly basis until you choose to cancel.
If you no longer need creative support, cancel your plan anytime before the next billing cycle. No notice periods or ongoing obligations.
Because all creative work is bespoke and produced specifically for your brand, projects are non-refundable.
However, we always deliver the full work agreed upon and collaborate closely with you throughout the revision stage to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.
You pay monthly for the plan you’ve chosen. Payments are taken on the same day every month.
